Product Availability
We try very hard to keep all products on our website as accurate and up to date as possible. If you notice a price on our website that looks wrong or too good to be true (e.g. $500.00 Merchandise listed for $5.00), it's probably an error. We will correct the error as soon as it is brought to our attention. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, reject or limit the quantities of any order placed due to a pricing error. We will notify you if there is a pricing discrepancy of the product(s) you ordered. Your credit card or Paypal account will not be charged if we notice a pricing error on your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Fraud Prevention
We practice fraud prevention techniques which include verification of your payment account and address confirmation. We may also use third-parties to help us validate, analyze or access the risk of any order placed on our website. We reserve the right to decline or reject any order placed without giving any reason. Fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Shipping and Delivery
A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. The fixed price for shipping & handling charges only applies to residents of the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Extra charges will apply for shipments to APO/FPO. A sales rep will contact you regarding the extra shipping costs. We normally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of a cleared Paypal or Credit Card payment with a confirmed address before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time during weekdays.
Damaged Merchandise
Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the damage on the shippers receipt, notify the shipping company and file a damage claim form. If necessary, we can assist in this process. Please notify us promptly so we can send you a replacement. Claims must be made within 3days of receipt.
Return Policy
All returned merchandise must be in new condition. All returns or cancelled orders are subject to all freight and handling charges plus a 15% restocking or cancellation fee. Merchandise that qualified for our "free shipping" are subject to shipping charges accrued both to and from the customer. All merchandise must be properly packaged for shipping.
Return Shipping – Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received is defective, we will definitely replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Any merchandise from which the serial number has been removed from its packaging

Return Shipping –
Return Policy for warranty request
Any warranty request must be done by submitting a warranty service request. After submitting said warranty request, we will review the request and issue an RA #. Only products with a valid RA# will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival. When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Always insure the shipped items for the full purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for a warranty claim. Make sure you properly package the product when shipping it back to us for warranty. RE Audio is not responsible for damage during shipping for improper packaging.
If the returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders' expense.
Warranty
RE Audio warrants RE Audio product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE YEAR from date of original purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
RE Audio strives to maintain a goal of 1 week service for all acoustics (subwoofers, midrange drivers, tweeters, crossovers, etc) returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or parts is encountered.
